White & Company supports Veterans entrepreneurship and business ownership. Nothing will help the high unemployment rate among returning troops better than a vibrant small business sector because that is where the jobs are created.  And what would be better than helping to grow Veteran owned businesses and to also provide the needed assistance to help Veterans start their own businesses.

There are also some great organizations that are helping veterans to find employment and Veterans Across America is a great example. They provide mentoring opportunities for veterans and have a high rate of success for the mentees finding employment.
